  • Was hired into a newly created position to develop and coordinate delivery of customized health management services, with a focus on key investments that lower health care costs, injuries, and absenteeism.

  • Reengineered onsite employee health clinic and related services to reflect tenets of patient-centered medical home through integrated and comprehensive care offerings and brought health management programs and services into alignment with evidence-based and standardized care practices, including chronic disease management and care coordination in collaboration with Providence Health Plan.

  • Directed Health Management Services in establishment of programmatic elements that earned the National Business Group on Health’s Gold Status for the 2012 Best Employers for Healthy Lifestyles awards.

  • Coordinated and facilitated creation of new legislation.
